You should measure your foot length towards the end of the working day, as your feet may change and increase in size during the day. Compareboth feet and determine one may be sightly longer. Use the longer foot to measure the exact distance from the heel to the longest toe inmilimetres.
Don’t have a measuring tape to hand? You can also use a piece ofstring, which you then measure with a ruler or folding rule.
